For those that feel that one to one work with a therapist in a room may be too clinical or claustrophobic for them, Walk and Talk therapy offers an alternative option.  Sometimes, being outside can help ease sensations of panic or intensity, which can help when exploring difficult experiences.

Walk and Talk routes usually take place in the countryside, or the beach, at locations that have been previously planned and risk assessed.  Feeling the fresh air and experiencing natural surroundings can enhance one’s ability to work dynamically with ‘the edge’ slightly taken off.

For people that feel the attraction of experiencing therapeutic work in the natural world, Walk and Talk offers this opportunity.

Sessions cost £60 for 50 minutes.
